Blakoe's 2 Year Product Warranty

This warranty covers defects in manufacture that arise from correct use of the product in accordance with the product manual and instructions. In particular, it does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, modification or repair by any person other than Blakoe, moisture, extreme heat or cold, or corrosive environments. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on consumable items (e.g. elastic strap, plastic sleeve). Blakoe's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products or product components. This guarantee complements existing national guarantee obligations and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that Blakoe will not be responsible for the costs of returning the product to Blakoe, or for any damage to or loss of your product while it is in transit to Blakoe. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure your product's safe delivery. Blakoe cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.
